Mental health in general encompasses a wide variety of things. Regardless of who we are or what our genetic make up is; we all experience our own mental health journeys. With that being said, is it possible that we are preventing ourselves from capitalizing on our bodies ability to thrive at maximum capacity?

In this episode I talk about how small behavioral changes lead to some pretty big improvements in overall mental well being. From a change in dietary habits, to a change in daily routines, the ability to understand and learn from our own emotions, feelings, etc, is an important part of figuring our lives out.
